These are all important sources of protein and are considered complete proteins for human consumption because they contain all of the necessary amino acids.

A large egg contains 7 grams of protein, a 4 ounce (110 g) serving of cheese contains 15 grams of protein, and a cup of milk contains 8 grams of protein.
